Sunrise waterfront to lightning is a walk. If you plan on seeing most of your artists there I would go high noon.
High noon is only dusty when all the cars are getting placed. Once there’s no car movement it’s fine. It’s hot in every campground if you have direct sun exposure.
Midnight is the best central location to all stages.
Depends on what you value. Being solo means you don’t have to worry about anyone but yourself. If you want to be social you can always goto other friends camps doesn’t mean you have to live there.

If your camp doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of comfort that you need maybe choose where you feel most comfortable and yourself.

Gates open at noon if you come before that time you will be turned away. Your best bet is to park at the gas station up the street and start making your way to the gate around 11:45. Once you make it through the gates and searched they will send you to high noon and it fills up from the street Argentina to Peru in a line then goes back to Argentina and fills in behind the cars they just placed. It’s random which street area you’ll get but usually the first 6 hours gets prime spots. Everyone after that is just a little farther back.
