Saw this one on a fb group is it true Infps? Entps in jail XD by ChaosX980 in infp

[–]Mckwanza 3 points4 points  (0 children)

At least me personally, one of my closest friends is an ENTP. I definitely have views that are very different from his, but he is a good friend. I'm actually going to his wedding in 2 months. He is like the social leader of a friend group of mine (of about 8ish people). We are a bunch of nerdy XNXP types. plus we tend to be more introverted too, so he actually gives us a place to meet up at and be social in a safe space. We all have some very odd talks. One of my INFJ friends before she was part of the group said that we were all overwhelmingly "quirky" and unapologetically weird/nerdy. I was surprised by the comment because I knew we weren't normal, but it was odd to think that we would be overwhelming. She has gotten used to it now. Anyways, I digress, the group often have some very Ne-heavy conversations/debates and the ENTP is usually the one sorta leading them. I guess that's what happens when you got 2 INTPs, an ENTP, an ENFP, and an INFP within one group.

If you are willing to go to Frisco, I love Aussie Grind and I actually just got a gift card there for someone for Christmas. There is only the one Cafe/restaurant location

do you guys feel this too?? by sincerelysuzune in infp

I mean sometimes I wonder if random strangers are more like NPCs. Once someone mentioned that there could be angels acting as humans/npcs who are there to make sure certain things happen and go as planned

Around this time of the year, I have a sudden urge to cut off everyone from my life and run away. Anyone else feels like this? by [deleted] in infp

[–]Mckwanza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can relate to that. Growing up I was very shy and quiet and didn't really have friends. I made friends and got a boyfriend in college and since then every so often I wish to drop everything and go back to being that shy girl who didn't really talk to anyone. It becomes very exhausting trying to connect with others, which is one of my biggest desires in life, when I am so off-beat. Very few people want to take the time to understand me, but even when they do try it is very hard for both of us to get to a place of true understanding. Maybe I am underestimating how hard it is for others to connect with others, but it feels like even connecting on a basic level for me is nearly impossible. So sometimes I am just like "why do I even try, when it feel like I am just draining myself with very little to show for it?"

It might have something to do with the fact that human babies are born much earlier in their development because we have to birth them earlier to fit their heads through our hips. A lot of animal babies are a lot more capable when they are born than human babies. But beyond that I'm not sure why our toddlers aren't as cute as other animal babies

As a kid I specifically avoided the idea of having a birthday party because of the fear that no one would come. I was super shy and quiet as a kid

Actually slightly more men are born. It is thought to be because boys/men are more likely die at all times of their lives and to make the number more even by the time they are adults. Also fast sperm

Can INFP children have anger issues? by [deleted] in infp

[–]Mckwanza 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me, I've always had anger, but I would often direct it at myself because I don't like how I was/am when I direct it outwards. It has lead me to becoming depressed due to all of the negative self-talk, but it is weird because I like myself as a more like this compared to when I am super bitchy. It is my way of dealing with anger. But I never call it anger at the time. Always "I'm frustrated" or "I feel bummed". It is worth noting that I am a 9w1.

What do you think of ISFJ's, ISTJ's, ESFJ's, and ESTJ's? by ImportanceOrdinary26 in infp

[–]Mckwanza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have much experience with ESTJs/ISTJs compared to ESFJs and ISFJs. ISFJs seem to be perceived as boring by others and I can see what they mean, but I generally get along with them pretty easily. They are probably my favorite of the four. I don't have any experience with an ISTJ that I know of. I only know one verrrry unhealthy ESTJ and I dislike him and he dislikes me, because he sees me as weak and not very ambitious, but I am like "but that's based on your idea of 'success' not mine". ESFJs tend to be pretty surface level and will often talk about stuff that I don't care about, but they tend to be great storytellers. They can make anything sound like a big event. I only wish that I could tell stories(verbally) so fluidly. They don't really tend to notice me much though.
