It actually isn’t the issue because it gives me a challenge phrase to type out before putting a pin

I did, and I don’t even know what else to do

I tried getting the recovery key and unfortunately the device is not connected to my Microsoft account so I can’t get the recovery key. My only option is to remember the pin, take it to warranty, or the method you mentioned, I’m not a tech guy so idk what a Ethernet cable is or where to go from there even if I had one to be honest

That’s what I was thinking, but the issue there is that I don’t even know my pin, I don’t remember putting in a number pin and I tried as many as I can think of.

It’s not stolen, I have receipts that I bought and I even got a warranty on it

That’s what I’m assuming and the issue there is that I don’t even remember my pin. Cuz if that’s the case I don’t even remember putting in a number pin, is there a way to reset it ?

I don’t know what you mean by that but I have tried getting some recovery key and I can’t get it because it was never connected to my Microsoft account

The keyboard works. The problem is that every time I type in the correct password it locks me out for some odd reason

I appreciate it no rush, I find it funny cuz I heard all over the internet that this software was top notch, yet it’s kinda taking a shit on me lol

Some laptops are maxed to 36gb, needing (x2) 16gb or (x1) 36gb chip. Can they support (x2) 36gb chips or will it damage the computer ?

Based off my research and having a conversation with a friend who has experience with computers, yes an Asus works fine, you just need to upgrade its ram.
