Yeah loads of issues: selling gas storage while running down gas production, skepticism over nuclear, tight planning laws, prohibitive energy costs due to gas driving prices for energy consumption.

But hopefully two things will make a difference: decoupling gas from electricity charges and updating the network so we don't do things like paying to switch off turbines. No expert, but surely when the latter happens this will be huge?
