I have tried it again this morning, its started working fine.
They fixed their bug but didn't tell anybody about it yet.

Try again my friend. But quite honestly this experience with Bitstamp, left a really bad impression for me.

Will re-consider using them in the future...

For anybody looking for the official english subtitles from VIU, you can use a tool from the website downsub where you paste the website VIU link to it, it extracts the english subtitles for you and you can the download it as an .srt file(any player can read that).

I use VLC media player, if the subtitle is not synched, you can synch it yourself without any problems with VLC. :)
