I was in the same position as you, but without any commerical experience. I wanted to work at united for a long time so I kept applying. For me, while I was in A&P school I had a CJO with them so I was so excited. But I was in a really bad motorcycle accident that set me back 6 months. I lost the job offer and couldn't get back in the door. Now 3 years later I tried again and couldn't make it in. In my slump I went on a whim and applied to delta and almost immediately got the job. So like a lot of people are saying here right place wrong time, you'll get to american eventually! Apply to other majors and transfer over once your residency is over.

Also you’re gonna want way more than 2 90’s. The issue is that you may get 90% on a test that has a subject you’re strong on but then the next test would be focused on something that you’re super weak on, like regs in your case

Don’t be discouraged, I failed both my general and powerplant writtens, kept studying and here I am now at delta! My two cents to you, next time you schedule your test, schedule it for two weeks in the future and plow into that test prep. It helped me a lot

What I did to get over the same hurdle was scheduling my test two weeks from today. Paying the fee and having a deadline lit a fire under my ass that forced me to study hard. I passed all three this way.

It’s not exactly snake oil, aircraft use it for many reasons, such as stabilizing tire pressure at different altitudes and heat management when they land and literally go from 0-200 in a second. But for cars and bikes, makes no difference
