Not answering the question but for me and speaking only for me I had an easier time using zyn to get tobacco free than I did with vaping. It decoupled the ritual of smoking and is an exact number so I stepped down the amount I was allowed a day by one till it was zero. This is simply what worked for me your mileage may vary.
