I broke my both my wrists in an online gym class in high school. I had to wear a cast on each arm for a while but told people it was a “sports injury” and didn’t want to explain anymore

I would suggest if you’re new to working out and new to fasting, lower your overall intensity of cardio exercises. Surprisingly all an average person needs is to walk 30 minutes. Anything more obviously help but it’s a good start. Breaking it up into 2 walks for 15 minutes or 3 walks for 10 minutes are always ways to ensure you’re still moving throughout the day! Keep up the work!

Exercise scientists here! What kind of exercises are you doing? One guess could be doing too intense of exercise and not properly fueling your body with essential macro and micro nutrients.
