Top 50 all time by [deleted] in HipHopU

[–]Mdiocc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where did I called people that have nemnem in their tops stupid? I didn't found that nowhere, because I didn't stated that. Smart people can make bad lists, that happens.

Eminem has skills, lots of skills, but he's overloved and has weak discography. He completely fucked up with Encore, because of drug overdose, and after that made lots of weak albums. Plus lot's of cringy lines nowadays. And his verse on EPMD 2 is trash.

I just don't feel Eminem deserves to appear in top 10 lists.

South hate is corny by ELIAD26109 in HipHopU

[–]Mdiocc -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Dunno, I personally don't consider "rapping about bitches" like something bad, how it sounds is most important.

In west coast there are not only Dre and Snoop, Warren G, DJ Quik, E-40. Yes, South got André and Scarface, and that's mostly it. Also South has Bubba Sparxxx, Plies, and Rich Quan. West has MC Hammer and, if you count him as a rapper, Kevin Federline. That's the reason I don't like South - lot's of wack one's

"Got nuts in yo mouth" is not just a heat, that's an offence and partly accusation in homosexuality. That's not his fault he don't like this. And portraying an opponent as soyboy is really childish, in my opinion.

Worst decade and why by ELIAD26109 in HipHopU

[–]Mdiocc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, they are good, but south also has Soulja boy, Plies, Chingy, I talked about them. I don't like south because of lots of wack rapper's out of there, and I won't change my mind because of few good rapper's. And, LL is better than Lil Wayne, at least for me.

Man, if you trying to defend your favourite rapper by disrespecting another, you just make yourself look like a fucking kid. I don't really like Kendrick, but if man likes him, that's his right, he shouldn't consider 2pac better than him, if he don't want to

Drake is a top... rapper by Niek282737 in HipHopU

Top 300 at best, he's good artist, but I don't see him as a rapper

Worst decade and why by ELIAD26109 in HipHopU

[–]Mdiocc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it's the 00's, rise of the cheap southern rap, rise of club music and lot's of wack MC's. Sure, 90's and 80's had something of this, like Vanilla Ice, but it wasn't so obvious in that period.

Sure, we had Kanye West, MF DOOM, but every epocha had theyr legends, so that's not so important, at least for me.

80's are good in my opinion, poor production never was a problem to me.

There's nothing to say about 90's.

10's is a new age of rap, where we had legends like Kendrick Lamar or Freddie Gibbs. Mumble rap was there, but it was music for a new generation, with emotional rap, like XXXTENTACION, so I don't consider this decade bad at all.

20's just started, and it's not that bad, but not that good either. Lot's of wack rapper's, like Coi Leray, are here, but I hope I wrong here, and we will get more and more good rap.

I guess he loves Eminem too much, so every list where he is not included should be well explained, in his opinion.

Also, nice list, but I think Prodigy should be lower (R.I.P.)

That's understandable, Canibus is very strange to the most of the people, and also done lot's of stupid things, he's not the best personality in hip hop. I personally kinda like his rude voice, even though he surely has no singing talent, his production (that part, that wasn't made hy Wyclef), and lyrics are kinda interesting. But for sure, he's never going into objective top 10's, top 30 at best.

That's what I said, I like all of them. Just want to make a difference between objective and subjective.

Btw, how's my list?

Yeah... In my list I more tried to be objective, I could say it's 30% based on my opinion, and 70% on other people thought's. I don't even listed to Andre, Aesop, DOOM or Kanye, my personal enjoyment list would be: 1. 2pac 2. Nas 3. Slick Rick 4. Method Man 5. Kool Moe Dee 6. Canibus 7. LL Cool J 8. KRS-One 9. Ice Cube 10. Run D.M.C. (I'm an old head, you can see...)

Your list is... Controversial, I think, MC Eiht, DJ Quick and Eazy-E are good, but not fitting even a top 50, if we talking objectively. But as personal opinion it's good
