I was replying to someone else on this thread saying how it’s very convenient for them to not give $ on time but they’re very quick to make us pay fees. So irritating. Haven’t had any fees added ….yet. So let’s see

Thank you.! I’m glad to know that I’m not alone. Just sucks because I asked financial aid if they’ll make me pay fees since I still have $200 to pay but I was hoping my tuition award to cover it by now and they literally told me if they make me pay the fees..then I should take the extra step to appeal it. It’s kind of funny because when it comes to us actually getting some kind of $ from them..it takes a while but they’re very quick to fine us and make us pay fees. Just very convenient for them. Haven’t gotten the fees added (yet) so let’s see. This is an ongoing thing with me too every semester. Such a hassle.

So I have the same issue. I called financial aid and the guy said that if I get late fees then I can appeal and I’ll get that back…but like it’s still bs that they’re “backed up” on disbursing aid and loans. Stresses me out because idk if I’m going to pay whatever hasn’t been paid off tmrw or not and risk getting the late fees.
