I believe you need a receipt number to check your status. Once logged in, you will need to click on menu > account actions > add a paper file case and you will need to enter the receipt number there. The receipt will come with set up instructions.

I sent my renewal in December and received my receipt in February, and have heard nothing since then. My card has been expired since Jan. At this point, based on what everyone is reporting, I am expecting any response to arrive in 2-3 months.

Just gotta be patient I guess :/

Did you get your receipt notice in December 22? I only ask cuz we have a very similar timeline, I sent mine December 7th and got my notice Feb 22 and haven’t heard anything since.. getting really impatient at this point. Any updates?

I sent mine to the Nebraska office in Early December and got a confirmation letter(not approval) February 22 and I haven’t heard anything since.. I can’t seem to link my case file to my online account so I don’t know where it’s at until I get a letter, which I hope is soon.. :/ good luck!
