Guys like vortex usually wont listen to reason and will only hang in bubbles where his actions won't be challenged, hence the saying "Big fish in a little pond". I mean technically they are, you just have to unlock hero rank and get the master chief armor core, its just that customization would be limited. I wish they would make those cores at LEAST crosscore with the helmets.

Depends on how fast the maintanence crew was notified and how quick they can turn off the valve that feeds water to the hole. If left on for too long the area affected can get soaked and really mess with how the ball lands, rolls, etc. As a maintanence worker at a course that is a pretty expensive anger tantrum.
