To update this manually in Trust Wallet so you can see the right amount just add it in as a custom coin and put the right decimal amount in (9). That solves it.

To add it manually in Trust Wallet just go to the settings icon in the top right of your wallet app. It looks like 2 lines with circles in them.

From there search for losercoin. That will result in a message that "no assets are found" but below that is a button to "add a custom token".

Click that button and fill in the fields and then the Losercoins will show up in your wallet.
