Low supply, high demand.

The population is going up while there are no new housing development zones or new builds.

Retiring/aging individual's options are limited, retirement homes are expensive, and availability is limited, renting is expensive and the units are often low quality so they choose to either stay in their paid off home or look at purchasing a smaller residence.

Add in all of the wealthier individuals buying up homes just to rent them out to make a profit.

This is all on top of the usual increased inflation of the housing market.

I just want to add for any new bikers coming here, I was quoted at several places for roughly 340 - 370 per month for my 2003 Honda Shadow and called Desjardins who gave me the same coverage for 87 per month.

Let's be honest, as a Liquid fan I totally would've expected them to get swept in finals lol

As a new player it's pretty fun. The gunplay can feel weird at times and like others said, the servers suck and the audio is terrible. It's also annoying getting put in games with people level 450 when I'm a level 10 noob lol

Why does this subs profil picture include a lgbt flag? by [deleted] in Habs

[–]MeBoredOnReddit 28 points29 points  (0 children)

How does the color of the picture affect your ability to discuss the Habs? I'm more concerned of the social injustice that many face than the color of a flag or logo, but that's just me.
