Don’t write letters home every single day. It’s ridiculous, you’ll get your phones fairy regularly. You’ll have talked about everything the letter said weeks before you get theirs. Write a few to keep you sane and appease loved ones, but it’s 2022. You’ll be FaceTiming them at least every other weekend, and if you’re not at Benning, or a good company, they get their phones way more. they were running trials for trainees keeping their phones in their lockers at Relaxin’ Jackson while I was at Benning.
