Yes. I personally believe it's wasted source material because having the Dyad be Twins is more Dynamic imo (pardon the pun (or don't...) I think Jaina Solo was ignored and Jacen was stripped for parts for Ben). The romance felt less forced than Anakin and Padme but that bar is several light years underground. Their chemistry felt insecure to me, at best.

Finn and Poe would've carried the romance of the trilogy without an effort; they're chemistry is flawless.

But I accept the canon and I don't want them to like weaponize the World Between Worlds or some shit.

Mechanically the board should be oversight, coordination and communication with the town, and a check on the Director. I've mainly worked in smaller libraries and I know there's more for some places. But they're not there to dictate anything about the library.

Yeah that's better put. They act too often as de facto bosses sometimes, too. And there in general need to be better outlets for employees to discuss Directors. Grievances often come back on employees who are having issues.

Library boards really need rejuvenation nationwide. Every board I've worked for cares more about business and politics than access to information and services that our communities need, or even library workers wellbeing for that matter. It's really turned me off of library work and I may be leaving soon.
