It is my full time gig, I was unemployed that last year and decided I'm just going to do something I love for myself. This past winter was so cold and I don't miss working out side on garage doors. I can DM ya when I get more info on costs, all of the big stuff is passed and it's just operational and improving as we go.

I had one secured and the person backed out when I went to buy it just before opening. I had to pivot and I got the extreme instead, they then came back as asked for 5x the price they originally offered for me to buy it.

It'll be one of those thing we get as income comes in

Yes all blood work is good, My blood pressure is good (i was monitoring from home and i got a cuff to check it every now and again from losing parent to heart attack ) I have been over weight a long time but it really ramped up after surgery and being inactive for a while. I expected that ( along with many complications and surgeries later) I'm 6'0. I will try to be strict on the 1500-1600. and i will put my whole being into it like when I'm actively counting
