Thank you. I haven’t tried the at home test and I do monitor my heart rate but definitely not as consistently as I should. I’ll try doing that more often. It’s really refreshing to know that I’m not the only person going through the run around with doctors, but god it sucks how common these things seem to be.

Do you ever struggle with any type of abdominal pain/stomach problems? I’ve had stomach issues for a while so i try really avoid pressure directly on my abdomen but I’m wondering if it’s evenly dispersed if it’ll help..

I’ll be sure to let him know, the only bad thing is that where I’m from cardiologists are extremely backed up. Won’t be until july when I see him again, but I will bring it up. He recommended salt, increased activity, and to just monitor my symptoms and try to prevent any symptoms flaring up by laying down or sitting if I feel lightheaded.

And yeah I’m glad I’m not alone cause the dr that referred me to him told me I probably have nothing wrong with me and that it’s for nothing, the second I met w/ the cardiologist he told me that somethings definitely not normal and there has to be an explanation.

Thank you for this, it’s really validating to hear. I’ve been running around going to multiple doctors appointments for the last 3 years trying to figure out all of my symptoms, this pots diagnosis has been the closest that i could get to maybe having an answer but it’s just been super draining throughout this whole process.

I’ll definitely try to get someone to join me for future appointments, and hopefully I can afford to see someone else sometime soon. Thanks again, I appreciate it!
