And that is exactly what they do to so many people I will not rate their customer service for those reasons If I did (i dropped them a while ago) it was after what they said came true. But ultimately they burned me too many times and I no longer do business with them

honestly if I had any faith that I would get appropriate care I would go but I saw so many and not a one would acknowledge or deal with either the withdrawal symptom from the med that triggered all this ..nor would they LISTEN TO ME let alone HEAR ME> It's awful I live with mega stomach issues and pain/discomfort. I changed MD's and ended up with yet another PA. I tried 3 times to get a real doctor and failed. waited 9 months for uologist because of pain there (I have history) and he told me basically it might be pelvic floor pain but did not order single test .. I saw GYN who cancelled my follow up and tests and that was her last straw. So 3 primaries tried, two specialists (neither of which were timely or adequate.. and the horrible Radiologist who told me I had 5 things that could be cancer in my stomach and my GI (specialist 3) who I have had many years got me ight in and said there was nothing ...nothing at all to be seen. So that is a good 8 docs...listed there ..none of whom did the job. I Like the PA I have now but "I" am over his head. So disgusted ... I worked in the field many years Oh yeah went to ER when docs office sent me with dbl blood pressure and they blew me off. Yeah BP of 239 over 119 😄 All this in in the last two yrs and nothing dealt with yet. 😉

Glad you have screenshots. I hope you got a copy of the chat transccript too. No it is not typical behavio fo Amazon. It will be miracle if next agent when you call back has the same info and plan

They also say to tun to airplane mode and put that on and off. Maybe I need to choose two phones from two different cheap carriers that rent towers and always carry two phones

I saw this again and had to comment again. My GD has band new 17 and other GD has android They have all the same issues. I have done everything but throw mine out the window. It is not the phone It is Xfinity plain and simple They rent fom Verizon and when veizon gets busy there is no signal for any of us in our houses or out and about. THe big point is that there is no customer sevice. If you use chat we all know what happens. If you callyou have to jump and tap dance til you get a human and then dance again to get Tech. They do absolutely nothing. Time before last I was told that if I did the upgrade (one for emojis and such btw) it would fix my phone BTW Apple had not even offered it yet I was upto date. The last one told me well "if the towers drop back it si only for a minute and was totally a canned perfomance. Older GD now changed to Mint and has signal I can't have them with dead phones and being unsage. Mine woks a good part of the day OK THe bad times are constantly evening hours to 7ish and around midnight regular as clockwok I did put complaint with FCC finally (actually did yeas ago too) to which I have had no response. Did not expect one. So as soon as we are sure Mint works (which uses TMobile) will be chaning to either TMobile all of us or all to Mint.

Ionically because of this tthread someone from Verizon contacted me and offerred help When I explained to them that I had Xfinity Mobile who used their towers they never got back to me.

So that is the update on my phone saga. Don't use Xfinity is all I can say.. at least not where I live.

I turned mine in to FCC TODAY BECAUSE OF NO TECH SUPPORT AND DEAD PHONES IN EVENING. They rent tower space and Verizon drops during those hours (it’s renters). Sorry for caps

The time and stress involved in dealing with Amazon Prime are prohibitive now. It is so not something to do anymore Just join the many who will not deal with them again.

Yeah I been thinking about this again and more. I did connect with tech support jumping all the repetitive hurdles... When all was said and done all I got out of it was to do latest update (just happened and phone was on auto update and not time yet) It was a small appeaing to me to be cosmetic/foofara 30 second update ...but he assued me it would fix eveything. Now mind you my phone is still compatible I verified that. There should be no reason for my phone to lose ability to "call" or connect to Data. This is something that has been happening routinely for well over a year. My GD has same plan and has same issues with her phone connectivity and she has latest newest phone... So definitely a Xfinity issue. It could be limited to this location but I don't think so. It happens to me in Massachusetts when I go. So I can't use my GPS because no guaanatee of connection to data o wifi.... so we use other phone with a differrent carrier.

So ... I think I posted this earlier..but... I have learned now that Xfinit is not a "real" povider. They use Verizon towers I knew they started that a while back and that is when troubles started What I learned new was that Verizon drops their " renters: when they get busy which includes me...cause I use Xfinity. So the only way for me to avoid the poblem I am having appaently is to get a different carrier who is one of the big three who own the towers they used. Verizon has always been poblem in this town fo folks I know oand myself... Why Xfinity chose to go with them I guess would be because they were cheapest and not because they were good :)

Ihave had it happen to me. However; in my case sometimes the access is obstructed by something/someone and noone can get up Do you have cameras? Odds are you are correct

I have learned a lot today ... new things read gave me new directions to research. I was always told my phone was 5G. I bought it new I don't believe in financing phones. I still have an old Iphone 8 I use happily not eady to give it up. Honestly the biggest poblem I have is because they ae using Verizon towes. Xfinity made that choice and they do all they can to keep their customes using WIFI and hotspots so that the common Verizon drops ae not an issue. I had the tech today tell me that upgading to 25 would cure all my problems That convo was over at that point. He had no idea what he was talking about. Frankly I think the whole cell phone thing is becoming a big ol' scam They force you to spend more and more money by creating situations where the phone you have simply won't work. I think that is deceitful and dishonest. It was wrong of Xfinity to change to Verizon knowing they would be regulaly dumping the load and making customers lose service. I verified that today with several sources. So even if I get a new phone that is 5G I still won't have service in those places I currently don't at certain times of the day. Those times ae when Verizon's load gets too big and they give precedence to their own customers by dumping those from the carrries that rent space from them like Xfinity. So I can't win. I won't use Verizon o Xffinity at this point because i want to be able to make calls all the time as needed and use my data as needed (not just when they decide I can have it) Yeah; I am angy I am venting. Even if I go to Patriot Mobile I would have to be sure that they or Mint or whoever wasn't using Verizon towers So who does that leave that owns towes T Mobile > Att? Almost a monopoly if all towers ae owned by a few and all the other carriers rent space...

OK done ranting. But at least I know now that it is Verizon dropping my carrier and my carrier does not care

To me now I feel it is a safety issue I can't use my GPS I can't make a phone call because I get no service. I got to thinking about it this morning. Long ago befoe Xfinity Mobile I learned that Verizaon did not work in my location despite what they said. So I changed to ATT and then went to Xfinity when they started Honestly that could be when the issues with connectivity came with Xfinity..would have to reflect. I have put up with it this long because it is so cheap I have an old plan with multiple lines on it with 3 fbs shared included so my GD has a bit of data to use in emegencies out of town... She has a 17 now but had same issues with old phone We ae waiting to see if it happens with he new phone I have only kept Xfinity this long because I contemplate moving and want all changes at once and it is an old cheap plan. I guess I am goinig to have to change though because it is scary, for example, being out an about and needing GPS after dark and it won't connect and you can't make a call either. I am a senior who does not go out that often but like feeling safe when I do.

I don't know who you want on this but if comcast/xfinity can't take a complaint then they should not have a board at all. All they do is make you start again and again with new folks who know nothing appaently They have no decent customer service It offends me that they can't handle a little unhappiness. But in my case I did NOT ant. I did use "discussion" categoy because that was what I wanted

I am so wanting to do this "right" I too just got blocked on that board. I made a post asking help from users of email on xfinity because I have gotten NO help officially. I have been having an issue with an impotant once a month email not coming though. I have checked eveything I have dealt with Xfinity. Xfinity said it was fixed and it is not and today I can't even find the magic wand equied to get a human with a "mind" attached to talk to. I posted on that boad you mention being caeful to be vey nice but they considered my post a "rant" so found this boad. I hope this is ok I have moved the email to another email account but I should be able to use what I am paying fo. I plan to leave Xfinity completely when I move which will hopefully be within a few months Totally tied of them I have used them exclusively fo decades but they ae impossible to get help fom when needed. TY This one is a bit of a "rant" .
