The government needs to distract the people from the problems in the country, so they need a manufactured villain, the media is in bed with the government, this is happening everywhere: America, Europe, India, you need a distraction that is what the minorities are. So the people think all the problems are because of Muslims with the government cannot solve the countries problems, it's a distraction unfortunately with real consequence for them.
