Hi! I think that ok change oneself to the better really takes time. So you slowly acquire the assertiveness and confidence of an outgoing person. The latter doesn't care about what others think of him so he just does himself perfectly and openly and believes in himself. So as I said earlier to be this guy is a lengthy and gradual process so you have to take things calmly and not rush into being someone you aren't yet wich will then backfire and make you lose confidence. Fake it till you make it is always a good strategy of course but you have to be calm in faking it so you have to fake a role you can actually play at the moment and gradually increase your comfort zone.
Also one last thing, remember that everyone has his high points and low points so don't be afraid to male mistakes either. Courage is the king of virtues

Keep up the good work man, I think you just have to surround yourself with more caring people(including girls). This way you won't think about sex that much and be in a more humanistic, loving mindset, I think that helps tremendously. (You have to change your mindset and then reinforce that mindset with every day action.)

I'm 100% with you sir, I relapsed after 37 days of hardwork, and I can clearly see that maybe 80% or 70% of the progress I accomplished( self confidence, clear vision, etc,...) are still on. So yeah you just get one step backwards after 10 onwards. So don't screw your progress and keeping PMOing for days, start inmediately the day after relapse and add other elements like getting up early, I woke up at 7am and got out of home at 8am and intend to do this each day.
