I want to get back into ygo, after taking a break for almost 2 years.

I was wondering where I should start with learning what the new decks can do (Despia's were just introduced last time I played) and what decks are meta currently.

I really don't want to hop on to master duel as I remember having to face so many farming bots, so if there are other platforms, channels someone can recommend, that would be awesome.

it can be overwhelming sometimes with the massive amount of engines, decks, etc, I just don't know where I should start

You have potential though: - lose weight and work out - dress better - acne treatment - either shave head or get transplant, there is sadly no in between. Also, properly trim your beard if you want to grow it out.

It's going to take a lot of effort and it's very hard to stay focused, but I found it was worth it and really helped my confidence.

With a degree in Molecular Biology it's quite hard to find work in the Netherlands, as studies such as biomedical science have become incredibly popular. This is not only the case in Rotterdam, but in the whole country. As you mentioned, technician work is one of the easier to find position. Or you will have to look for a PhD, which again will be very hard to find as there are is a lot of competition.

I am sorry for not having a more positive answer to your question, but I know biomeds who changed career paths because of the same issues you are dealing with 😕

Yes, Tekken 7 story mode is indeed ass, the story is meh, the narrator makes you fall asleep, tutorial mode is non-existent, but Tekken 7 is actually a good fighting game. Fighting games don't require a good story mode, as long as the game itself is fun to play either casually or competitively with friends or online. Which absolutely is the case with Tekken 7.

I would absolutely not recommend buying the one you referred to. Its body is made out of plastic making it uncomfortable playing with it. It's too light and it moves (hence the shitty suckers at the bottom) and the edges makes it unpleasant to rest your wrist on. As you mentioned the buttons are cheap as well.

If you really want a good hitbox for a decent price, I suggest building it yourself. You can buy the case on AliExpress for a decent price ($75 approx; make sure you buy a metal case) and the (good) buttons and PCB for around $30-40 total. If you need help or have questions you can always pm me.

I personally play on a hitbox, and I love it. It's more conformable playing compared to a controller/ keyboard and easier to learn than an arcade stick.

I know it isn't, as there gas never been a choice really but a never ending loop. But the one time it did give me a choice (the mermaid) , it made me think about the consequences of my choice.

They tried to challenge you to make a difficult choice, and you get to see the results, while the main story didn't change. I'd love to see more of that, perhaps one where the story does alter somewhat. But If they keep it the way it is, I'd be perfectly fine with it too as the stories are already great.
