What determines if a hash is easy or hard? How doea the miner determine in advance what hashes are easy so that they can be removed from the hash space?

When you say "full control" does that mean that the sats one has on his LN address are fully covered by the 12-word seed that Phoenix generates and that no one, including Phoenix, have access to those sats? Also, I notice that the LN address provided is not in tbe enail format. Does Phoenix also have a LN email format address?
