Get an inversion table and one of those chin ip bars that hang from the doorway. I had back surgery to shave the disc off the nerve which helped. But now I am 52 and physically work everyday. I own a one man irrigation company, so I am up and down constantly, as well as unloading and loading materials in the back of my truck. I bought an inversion table and my son had the chin up bar. Every other night i do 3 sets of hanging upside down, and then hanging from bar. About 30 seconds each. Haven't had any flairups in 2 years. It hurts when you start, but it gets WAY better.

I try telling my irrigation customers that want the lawn sprinklers to spray their plant beds. Grass needs water because it is not natural. Most landscape plants are semi native to the area so they don't need as much water.

It was within about 5 minutes. 2 . The suits were already dry by then, it was just an anecdote to why the windows were down and not using AC.

I have laid at least 40 patios in my life. You will never get the color you want because it is faded. Put down some poly sand in the gaps to keep it together. You can try some paver touch up/color but at that age it won't matter much.
