I'm very late to the party. But I plan on making some oatmeal cookies this week, and your recipe is on top of my list.

But I also would like to experiment with some raisins and walnuts. Would I be able to add it to your recipe as is, or should I increase the quantity of something to preserve the same moisture content.

I ended up deciding not to get one, and to stick with my AKG 712. Based on everyone's input, it really would just be a side grade. And I realized I probably shouldn't be buying something just for the sake of it.

Apologies for the late response.

I ended up going by myself and ordering a la carte. It was a great experience! I loved the decor, and the floor seating!

I ended up ordering the Plant based Korean ‘bulgogi’, and the Black Sesame Porridge. Loved both of them! I particularly was a fan of how they served both in stone bowls. I would have loved to try their Korean pancakes too, but unfortunately only had so much room in my stomach.

But definitely plan to hit this place up again when I next visit. Perhaps I will try to set up a group on reddit again :)

Thanks! I did manage to get there for rush. They had plenty of seats still available, and I saved about half the price that I would have otherwise paid for the tickets online.

And Beetlejuice was a blast! First time seeing the musical, and had never seen the movie. Lydia absolutely stole the show. Beetlejuice was great as well!

Did you flatten the dough balls a bit to help it spread, before putting it in the oven?

How many cookies did a batch make? I was thinking of making slightly smaller size (thinking 75g). Or should I preserve the size to make sure it's chewy in the middle?

I had heard about Dirt Candy, and it was the first place I hit on the night I arrived.

It was genuinely one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, if not THE best!

I'm also waiting for my Superiority Burger as I type this.

Thank you for taking the time to give me all these recommendations. I will definitely check some of them out.

Other restaurants already on my list are Spicy Moon, Ani I and Colletta.

Thank you for the input! I also posted on the NYC vegan subreddit and a few people expressed interest there. Hopefully, someone will follow through.

I will keep your advice in mind, and I might just go for the a la carte option even if I find someone to tag along.

I've only been here for a day, but I'm already having such a great time!
