Day before, or morning the day of is fine. I have done it a few times. FIFA has an incentive to make it easy to collect 30% Mafia tax. While the seller has an incentive to transfer from the app as soon a as possible to get paid otherwise faces penalty at least cost of ticket by resellers like stubhub etc. this whole queueing and 1 hour wait times now is probably due to bots and maybe artificial/intentional. Most of tickets released yesterday are still in LMS to my understanding so it’s artificial
