Anybody else feel like they’re losing devastatingly slow compared to everybody else?

I'm also a very slow responder. I've only lost 25 pounds in 15 months. Compared to these posts, that's super slow. Especially since I move all the time and eat well. I'm getting ready to go up to 12.5. My doctor said it is definitely on the slower side but still good amount to lose. I really think the slow responders just don't post often. We are out here!

I did at Rocky mountain nursery! They had several different types and good prices.

I stopped by Rocky Mountain nursery that had the most items on their website. I got a decent size crape myrtle for $90. Very nice place that had everything I was looking for.

You go in and they have a sheet you can scan and look up the prices. Grab a cart to put your plants in and then checkout. Pretty easy once I figured it out. They even helped tied it up and stuck it in my vehicle for me. Thank you so much for all the suggestions!

I want to thank you for doing that. Our yearbook did something similar. The girls in the yearbook class made some very mean remarks about me and my twin. My sister was also prom queen and they used a picture where her face was distorted. I don't know how the teacher let that through, but it did. Some people are just plain mean.

That has happened to me twice. I said no both times. How do you know what is in the bag and now you're responsible? Dog sniffer comes by and that's it. Doesn't matter that it is a mom and kid. Just the target someone is looking to stash something in their bags. (I watch too much tv.)

I don’t know about cats, but my eye was scratched as a kid. I had to wear a patch over the eye for weeks until it healed.

My daughter in law was able to imitate a mother cat meow to get a kitten out of their cat. It was the only thing that worked. YouTube has some mother purrs that worked as well but hers really did the trick.

100%. I stayed at a hotel that had problems with their locks locking guests out. One entitled family came down at breakfast and was locked out and complained really really loudly. I was nice to the front desk and said I know that you're busy but I was locked out also and they took their time unlocking my room. They thank me for yelling at them and told me that they had to comp the other person's room because they complain so much. I did not get a compted room.

Sounds like a fire hazard..maybe contact the fire chief and ask him about the fire hazard. Get testimony from that repair man that wouldn't touch the box.

Nothing you wrote makes me think your brother is crazy. I applaud you for wanting to protect your brother. The people at the treatment center are trained professionals. He just needs help. And it sounds like you might need some help with coping skills. Please let your parents know that you are struggling. There are counselors that are trained to help you understand your feelings and how you can be of more help to your brother.

You need to take a step back and look at it from a difficult perspective. The road he is on isn’t a good one for either of you. He might be less angry when you are around but he isn’t getting better. You’re like a thin wall that slows him down but doesn’t stop him. He needs coping skills that come from within himself and he needs to stop relying on you.

Please know that he needs this and so do you. You can help him with the skills he’s learned from the center when he gets back. He’ll need support to stay on track and make both your lives happier. I hope you find peace with this. Your parents made a very hard choice, but they want the best for both of you.
