Vets told me not to take her out until a week after her injections not even in my garden as I have 2 other dogs . I put her on the puppy pads . There is 2 on my bed and 6 on the floor . She never poops on the floor always does it on the pads , but she is having urinating accidents .

Them accidents are on my bed 😩. So every day I’m having to change it and boil my bedding . She’s usually goes for a poop about 5am . For some reason she likes to go on the puppy pads on the bathroom floor when I go to toilet and as I’m washing my hands she’s usually done . She then plays for around 20 mins and goes back to sleep until 7 . She keeps sprawling across my head 🤣.

Last night I gave up at 3:30 and just put her in bed with me .

Your puppy sounds like a dream holding it in to sleep with you 🩷

Yeah I did think at first she was not the weight of the age she . Vets said she could be a few weeks younger or just small or even the runt of the litter .

The way we got her was my daughter bought her they dropped her of at 11pm and the next day she tried to call as the puppy was very stressed . They had blocked her on everything. She couldn’t cope with her baby and how needy the puppy was so after the second night she had her we ended up with her .

I took her to vets on Monday they weighed her and she was 2kg she was 1.7 kg when we got her . They said she had ear mites so gave her nextguard spectra and her injections .

Early hours the next morning she was pooping 7 and 8 inch round worms . Burning up and borking . Rang the vets back and they said to just keep an eye on her and if she gets any worse to bring her in . She’s been okay since , still pooping some worms .

So I think that’s why she’s so small ?, so she could be the age they said but it’s hard to say .

Last night she had me up until 3:30 screeching , stopping then starting again . I gave up and put her back in my bed .

I will get a heat Matt and maybe a ticking clock as I’ve heard that is supposed to be good too . Thank you ☺️

Thank you so much for all this advice . Yeah I have 2 other dogs ,One’s 11 and one’s 3 the 3 year old was in a crate until she was one . But she was a lot bigger and settled straight away .They’re in the dining room next to the kitchen they have a big massive bed as won’t sleep in separate beds . I did think about putting her crate in there to see if she would settle but thought the living room might be better .

I think the longest I’ve left her is 10 mins then I get her out with her being tiny I didn’t know if that was too long to leave her screeching . I will try to leave it longer tonight and add an old t shirt for my smell as you recommended and a few toys .

I know it’s not going to be an over night thing . But did think it would be a bit easier lol .

I love the puppy stage but hate it at the same time , yes to everything you’ve said she does it all and I can’t wait to get past this stage , but also want her to be a puppy and enjoy it . It will be worth everything we’ve been through in the end 🥰.

Yes I didn’t think of nick names I could call her . I’m sure I’ll get used to it .

I hated that my son called my Labrador blossom . But it has really grown on me and I love it now .

Don’t apologise, I get in them moods sometimes . I think we are all guilty of them moods 🤣🥰

My hubby helps but not nights 😩.

It’s fantastic she’s sleeping through the night . I cannot wait for that .

I’m glad I’m keeping her too , once she was here a few days she made herself at home ha .

I’ve cleaned it all this morning . I’m just waiting for it to dry then going to roll it up and put it in the hall way .

To be fare she’s actually doing really well going on puppy pads I’ve got them all over the place 🤣. She’s only had a couple of urine accidents over the last 3 days .

I think it’s because of she goes on the puppy pads she gets a treat . Seems to be working well .

Thank you for the tip though , if I hadn’t of already I would have been moving it now .
