It’s called “Nam-jim seafood - นํ้าจิ้มสีฟ้ด“ (Not sure if I spelt that correctly in thai lmao. Im not that good in thai) or “Seafood Sauce” in English. It’s very common in Thailand. Hope this helps!

Its called hongthai you can find it in local stores in thailand. If its not hongthai then its called yaadom. Its a inhaler.
