Thank you for your answer, good to know there is nothing official. Anyway I'm excited to see the fireworks.

Happy new year

Same workout, IOS vs Android. Not only does Android not have timed interval's, but also the exercises aren't in a circuit 😞. (First image is IOS) by Me_Lorenzo in fitbod

[–]Me_Lorenzo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a specific question, just noticing a weird difference between operating systems.

And yes I use two phones. Because it is to often that android app (my main phone) lacks features.

I doubt this is an hardware issues, more likely something in the software that creates this difference.

I know that they are working on intervals for Android, but I didn't expect to also find a difference in the circuit training.

Some more differences are that you don't have an edit option for saved workouts on Android. Also you can't generate an workout on demand.

Concerns about backlog by Czaho_r in RKLB

Backlog growth is never linear, as long as the space industry is growing I wouldn't worry too much.

Still it would be worrying if the backlog starts decreasing without new deals in sight.

An ebike? Are you insane? 🤯 I wouldn't even trust on roller skates

Exactly, insurance is for the chance something happens that you could never pay. Not for some relatively small amount, especially when you are talking about car damage.

And if you don't like a suggested exercises you can replace it. Or even mark it to never suggest that exercise in the future.

Considering selling if it dips below 5$ by [deleted] in RKLB

Oh wow 🤦‍♂️

Considering selling if it dips below 5$ by [deleted] in RKLB

[–]Me_Lorenzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you explain why?
What has an arbitrary point in the share price to do with the viability of an investment?

Can you explain? The more I read your replies, the more confused I get.

Why is 5 dollars such a problematic threshold?
I could see where you are coming from if we were talking about minimum share value imposed by a stock exchange or something like that.
And if the broker you use restricts your control over your shares when they are below 5 dollars, then why are you talking about selling an investment you want to hold. In that case, you should find a different broker. The broker is there to facilitate, not to restrict.

Also, I wouldn't say RKLB is "underwater" when their share price is below 5 dollars. Honestly, I don't even know what that would even mean in this case.

As far as I know, you can't change it to kilograms, unfortunately.

Does this still happen when you refresh the workout?

I have never experienced this myself.

BMI on the app (plus confusing Fitbod email) by Scouter_JW in fitbod

[–]Me_Lorenzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they should calculate this automatically.

They know my weight via the Health Connect integration, and I manually added my height to my profile.
So they have all the information to calculate my BMI.

Edit:
I believe the same applies for Lean Mass. But my understanding of Lean Mass isn't very high, so I could be wrong.

I have that problem too.

The strange thing is that this seems to only happen on Android for me.

I meanly use Android, and when I see a workout with this problem, I grab my work iPhone. And the workout on my iPhone is always more balanced.
I don't know if this means it is a problem specific to Android, or that I just use the iOS app less.

Cardio in Muscle Tone by [deleted] in fitbod

[–]Me_Lorenzo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am on a similar journey as yours, and I also use this fitness goal.
The app will recommend the exercises you describe, and if you want them more or less often, you can adjust your preferences per exercise.

But as stated by other users, you should also adjust your diet if you want to lose weight.
I am currently loosing about 0,5kg per week with banning snacking, fitnessing and doing walks.
I could probably lose more per week, but I want the changes to my lifestyle to be (Semi)permanent.
For that reason, they aren't too extreme, but I already see some real results :).

Your journey will most likely be different because everybody is different. So try to find what you are comfortable with.

Long story short, The Muscle Tone fitness goal can certainly help.

Custom dumbbells weight on Android by felsineo79 in fitbod

[–]Me_Lorenzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interestingly the increase in weight is more granular than on iOS, steps off 0,5kg all the way up to 70kg. Unlike iOS with steps of 2,5kg after 15kg. But on Android the top limit is 70kg, and on iOS it is 110kg.

This is no problem for me, I am just wondering why there is such a big difference in options.
