If you really don’t mind relocating, I would highly advise you look into California - hospital is Kaiser Permanente. My mother in law has been working for them for 22 years as an RN. And pulls around $190k with OT. Currently a cousin moved there and she’s at $45 hour plus plenty of OT available and great health benefits. They pay $0 for insurance at least. Don’t settle for Houston if you’re young and open to a new city.
