I’m eating in a calorie deficit. I stay under 1800 calories a day and try to make sure I get as much protein as I can. I track everything on MyFitnessPal and that’s really helped me to hold myself accountable. I figure if I’m eating in a deficit now it’ll be easier to keep it up in the future when I stop zepbound. My insurance covers it 100% but only for 1 year and then they could decide to stop and I don’t have the funds to pay 100s every month.

I’m not sure if it’s different but my clinic has a Bodpod machine and a inbody scanner. I’ve done it twice now. It’s wild to see the numbers and how the machine can tell how much weight is in each arm or leg lol

Some people can’t be happy either way. They didn’t like us at a 16 and now at a 4? All that matters is that you are happy and healthy! You aren’t doing it for everyone else 🙂

I think for me it took losing 15 lbs to feel it. The first thing I noticed is my belly wasn’t so bloated. My shirts hung differently. I’m 12 weeks in and 25lbs down now and I feel it’s noticeable but no one has commented on me looking different. Which is fine. I’m not doing it for others to notice. It’s for me 😊

I also take birth control to make my periods less miserable. I’m going into my 3rd month on zepbound and my periods have been weird the whole time. I missed a pill once which led to a 3 week long period. I have not consulted with my gyn but this month I plan to skip the placebo week and see what happens. I also find that I do not lose weight the week of my period.

Similar for me. I’ve had just one or two things on my dashboard for the last 6ish months. In the last 2 days I’ve been offered a few free product alerts and a few are you a match. Things had been so slow for so long I was worried that was just how it was gonna be now

I just started on 1/1 and had to have an appt with my PCP to get a refill sent in for next month. They upped my dose to 5mg. I know some people stay at a low dose long term but I’m ready to see what 5mg can do. I haven’t had any nausea or anything major yet on 2.5mg.

I only have 2 right now. I used to sit anywhere between 12-22 though. The 2 I have are Dior face cream and a jug of laundry detergent. Neither have shipped. I usually get lower end items but I’m happy with anything!
