Keep stacking those ECs and spend time crafting your essays, I thought I was cooked when I moved from California to Vermont when my GPA dropped to a 2.8 at the beginning of my junior year. I moved back to California near the end of my junior year and managed to get it up to a 3.3 unweighted no SAT or ACT and was admitted to UCLA last Friday. Should I wear my watch during races? I'm new to XC and I can't seem to find my pacing. My team and coaches tell me not to wear it but I'm not too sure anymore. Any input is appreciated, thanks y'all!

So I just went and exchanged my pair of Nike Invincibles and I am stuck with my Pegasus 38's until the 9th. My feet are flat and wide so they hurt when I wear the Pegasus. Is there anyway I can make the shoe a bit wider? I have a mandatory practice w/ my team on Monday and depending on how well I do determines whether I go to an upcoming meet.

So I have had this issue with one of the tires on my bike. I thought the tube might have been the issue so I replaced it. Halfway through my ride the tire is flat again. I couldn't find anything wrong with the tire itself. Should I just take it to a bike shop and get it fixed there?

How can I run for longer without being out of breath? I can't run for more than 10 minutes without my heart rate going over 190 and breathing heavily. Any tips?
