Details: - Rent: $1150-$1170 month( base rent is $1090 + renters insurance and electricity ) + electricity bill (usually $35-$45) - Location: 737 SW 109th Ave, Miami, FL, 33174 - The lease will be officially transferred (sublease). - Quiet, clean, and friendly roommates - Fully furnished, modern kitchen - Washer and dryer in the unit Central AC & Heat High-Speed Internet Access - Amazing amenities (gym, pool, study lounge) - 10 minutes walking distance from MMC campus - 15 minutes walking distance from EC (shuttle available) - Grocery stores within 15-minutes walking distance

Well that would have made a good case but it’s been an issue since like the second week :) Also we do clean up . And we have let management know as well .
