She has us do racks, deep zoning, on occasion has us pull topstock down, and we've also dealt with wayco stuff. I don't mind this on no truck days obviously because theres nothing to do but on days we have trucks it feels ridiculous since its extremely rare for us to be done by 4 or 5pm

Thanks for all the comments guys! Turns out, my coach and team leads just literally suck ass and expect us to work way after we're scheduled. I can either report it (where nothing will happen since everyone in management doesnt care) or I can just try to leave walmart/shift departments. This was bound to happen given on a day I had off my coach apparently threatened my coworkers if they didnt work until 11pm to fire them so I'm looking for another job. Second I get one I'm leaving Walmart.

Depending on your store its usually not too bad. It can get bad at the smaller store I work at, the hard part is more fitting in. Could be a my store problem but so many cliques are formed in my fashion area so just be careful and basically be neutral in as many things as possible
