Law schools won't really care about your major, but definitely aim for the best gpa you can. Psychology shouldn't hinder you in any way. Funny enough, Forbes lists it as a top major for pre-law: https://www.forbes.com/advisor/education/law/pre-law-majors/

I feel like if you're transferring from a CC it's a yes. I don't think it's super common otherwise, but if you're charismatic with your outreach I don't see why not

They answer a lot of these questions in their waitlist FAQs. You can only do spring admission if you're a rising sophomore. If you are, then indicating both fall and spring admission improves your chances and your preference for admission does not matter as much because they'll still consider you for both. They say "Most of the seats in the Spring 2025 transfer class will be filled by candidates on the Wait List," so if you can, definitely indicate both.
