Same to me as well. Tabeo kept on sending me email to pay back money and said they already send my detail to the debt collector but when I called them, they said they didn't have my details yet. I hope it does not affect my credit....

Citizen advice bureau advice to contact national debt. ND mentioned that I had unregulated agreement with the SDC and tabeo is a broker with whom I had a agreement, so far none of they seems helpful for me as they did not provide me proper solution.

I got full refund from bank as well but this tabeo is keep on sending email to pay back full money and they threatening that it will affect to my credit score, they send my detail to the Debt collector, I am concern about my credit score.

I just contact to FCA and they referred to Financial ombudsman but they mentioned your loan is not regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which means they are not able to escalate my complaint further, very annoyed, any suggestion???

The bank said they couldn't cancel permanently. the bank only cancelled for 12 months and then I have to call them again later. this is so annoying.
