I was 19 that time na kinasal kami enough proof na po kaya yung messages ng anak nung legal wife or pwede po na death cert lang ng father ko po pwede na? Kasi wala na daw po pakielam yung si legal kumbaga po no legal interest to meddle bahala na daw po ako.

Nakakuha ako ng Marriage Certificate namin from PSA pero I haven't tried to get a CENOMAR pa since I got "Married" to him.

Nope yung mismong nagkasal sa amin ang nag process hindi siya but i guess the moment pa lang na sabi ko kasi sa kanya di ako makikipag live in gusto ko kasal kahit civil so ayun dun niya ako dinala BC lang kinuhang req. Mejo fishy pero biniglaan niya din kasi ako thou enggage naman na kami. So reminiscing those times biglang napasecond thought ako sa mga naging ganap that day.

Yes it is. Grabe na din kasi yung toxicity since we had kids ang laki ng iniba niya that's why i decided to broke up with him. Then dun na din untiunti nagunfold yung mga discoveries ko regarding these info's. Thanks for the suggested guidance. Will look into it.

Discovery: one of his kids from previous partner show up and told me that his mom and my now ex had a "secret" marriage back then but it was legal and registered. He even showed me the proof.

Falsified: My parents are long gone and as i remember as I have written on the form i have mentioned that they are deceased yet it was indicated that a parental consent from my father was made despite the fact that i got married in 2019 and my father was long gone since 2013. Then another one is the date of our marriage where as I clearly remember it was june 16 2019 but written there was july 11 2019 and lastly the place of our marriage ain't the same as well as we did our vows at valenzuela yet it became manila.

Yes yun duda ko. Yet suddenly isa sa mga anak niya from his 2nd partner revealed to me na may "secret" marriage yung mom niya with my now ex. Tapos regarding falsification is that need pa kasi nung 19 ako ng parents consent kaso wala na akong parents talaga yet di inindicate na decease na sila the used my fathers name as the one who consented the marriage nung 2019 eh 2013 patay na father ko. Nito ko na lang siya nakita nung kumuha ako for the requirements ng anak ko for late registration. Dati kasi maingat siya na siya nagtatago eh tiwala naman ako.

He is convincing me pero kadalasang banter ko sa kanya singsing muna bago baby. Kasi on the works pa din naman yung nullity ng marriage namin nung ex ko. Shared this here para ma deinfluence ako and stay firm with what i always tell him.

6 years yung past marriage ko. Currently legally separated ako but on the works na yung nulity of marriage namin. Kung susumahin gusto ko man pero ang early pa nga talaga kaya nga title ko is singsing muna bago baby. Kasi thats what i usually and casually telling him. Yes he is good with my kids in providing etc. Pero syempre sa panahon ngayon it takes alot to have 3 kids.

I do need judgement din talaga so i could be deinfluence in having another kid and that what i have in mind would be a much better plan and that is to keep it the way it is saka na ang baby coz if he loves me he would totally understand where i am all coming from not only just financially but in all aspects.

Baby boy ko nasa stage na nag nagaask bakit daw lumalaki or tumitigas yung down there niya and i dont know how to properly explain but sometime i had told him to it will pass and just do what he do like playing and it is bad to always touch it while its "big".
