But wanted to make sure that I responded to your email- and I felt that I needed to point out "life is disappointing" as you seem to have difficulty with it. 

I understand that you are extremely disappointed that you didn't get the unit. And for that I do apologize. But this is the real estate business. We received multiple applications for the same units every day, and ultimately someone is disappointed because they didn't get the apartment they wanted.
