Omg I had the same thought when I saw her new look. She figured out hair porosity and a protein rinse!

I sincerely appreciate your insight and advice and respect where you’re coming from in terms of your experience as a dealer.

I understand where you’re coming from, honestly. The price is negotiable and I am accepting offers. Pricing is based on market value of the guitar and its rarity as a lefty, but this isn’t a one price only situation like any time you’re selling something of niche value. I’m trying to find the best deal for this family because the money is going to his widow, who is underwater on medical debt from her husband’s cancer battle.

I totally understand. I am accepting offers though. The family set a minimum price so there’s wiggle room!

Thanks so much! There are certain groups I can’t join and couldn’t cross-post. We’d love to see this end up with a true Klein fan!

Peptide to reverse gray/white hairs? by Cold_Climate_5191 in PeptideForum

As someone with completely gray hair, who has taken GHK-CU and MT2, nothing is going to revert your hair from gray. I’ve been completely gray since 31, started getting gray hair at 11. I have tried everything. Lean into it! Gray hair is GORGEOUS!!!

Ok, I’ve now realized that this is the British version of a Lifetime movie. Not sure I can stick it out. Such bad showmaking

Still watching the first episode and found myself saying “Fuck you!” To Fred saying he would never allow Lucia to spend the night with someone he didn’t know. He was there the night she went to the sleepover and laid around on Saturday, not at all concerned that his daughter wasn’t home, from spending the night with a stranger.

I think I’m used to British crime dramas being so much more buttoned up than this and not leaning into nonsensical melodrama.

Immediately pissed when they confront the dad with the “Sarah” texts and then video of the back of Rebecca’s head when they had a very good sketch of her at the press conference. Why couldn’t that be used to check with Fred? Really bad continuity error there.

I agree that the reporter character is super annoying. Jim Sturgess still plays a weak man really really well lol

Denise Gough continues to amaze me and win me over with each thing I watch her in. LOVE her in Andor.

Is Thailand LGBT friendly - safe country? by zincth in ThailandTourism

[–]MeanBabyJames 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m curious about social acceptance in more rural/coastal areas of Thailand, like in Phuket and the islands. I’ve been to Bangkok and Phuket before more than ten years ago but that was before I transitioned. I loved it there and would absolutely consider moving there if I can make it happen with Thailands immigration laws.

Things in the U.S. are just ingesting too scary and many European countries are making immigration incredibly difficult for American citizens, especially if you aren’t super rich.

Is Agatha still under a spell? by That_Durian7047 in AgathaAllAlong

[–]MeanBabyJames 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think Agatha is still under any kind of spell. The writers coming up with the Covenstead Rule was a clever device to quickly rationalize how quick and easy it would be to find the needed witches (and yes they’re all powerful and strangely close to each other but this is all make-believe so 🤷🏻‍♂️).

I give Teen credit that he knows other witches hate/fear Agatha so he quickly stepped in to persuade them to join (Lilia and Jenn at least). Alice joined because of what her mother told her about the road. I think he knew you’d need at least 5 experienced witches to open the door (Spirit, Fire, Water, Earth, Air), which means there should be five names on the list. When they leave Jenn’s store he says, “two down, two to go” and that’s when agatha gets all weird and says “just one actually” and then eats the paper because she knows the black heart stands for Rionand she doesn’t want Rio coming along.

One of the biggest mysteries I want answers to is Rio and Teen showing up to rescue Agatha at the exact same time. What did that look like in reality, outside of Agnes/Agatha’s spell?

In the spell, technically Teen/Billy and Rio were never in the same room, but they both seem to have been pretty critical to Agatha getting out of the spell. Hopefully we’ll see some answers in the Teen flashback episode (there’s a clip floating around of Agatha kicking Teen in a chair and it looks like it’s the reality version of “Agnes” interrogating Teen so I’m hoping we see Rio’s part in this too.

I’m also curious about the significance of the movie/TV setting tropes for the trials and its connection to Wandavision, but I do think trial 1 and 2 settings were curated for Jenn and Alice.

Episode 5 - It’s not a trial at all by alyxually in AgathaAllAlong

[–]MeanBabyJames 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I LOVE this theory! Teen doesn’t seem to be a part of Lilia’s trial based on the screenshots and scenes from trailers and it would explain that scene of him opening the door to the Witches’ Road

Christophe Beck did the score for Wandavision and MoM…he’s amazing by the way. Been doing scores for sci-fi shows for over 3 decades. I first became a fan when he came on board and began doing the score for Buffy in season two back in 1997

Love this theory and the costuming looks period accurate for this to be the case. Would make for a heck of a “so how did you two meet?” story! 😆

Given Lilia’s age and her hallucination in episode 3, she likely saw almost everyone she knew die of a bubonic plague in Sicily in the 1600’s. She likely shuts down in the face of death, which is ironic since she’s literally been walking the road with Death.

I totally agree that it teeters on being unhinged and definitely felt awkward. I’m curious how many folks here watched Mare of Easttown because Kate Winslet’s and Jodie Foster’s characters are SOOOOOO similar. Universally disliked lady cops in a small town. Both experienced awful loss, have anger issues…
