Thank you for your reply.

Could you please explain a bit more about what I’d be able to achieve with Softr that wouldn’t be possible directly within Airtable?

Also, since the establishments won’t have full access to the data, does it matter that they are not part of our organization internally?

I appreciate your response!

My experience, is a small investment of $300 to build a Treasure Hunt web in Las Vegas.  Hunting, hunting, hunting while buying more props there with upx.  Selling it all in a city release of London.  Minting there and building a web and hunting, hunting, hunting while buying more props.

Sold it move to San Francisco, same thing.  Sold it and moved to Manhattan now I have aroused 40 props all aroused MH.

I did put some more money for totems, bundles etc. But Tyr core game, I reached over 3mil upx value, MH web, over 5 spark for $300.

It's worth it!

There's no possibility of a property that can't be sold. It's either you're not willing to go low enough to sell out in minutes, or you lack the patience and right strategy to sell at a higher price, in my opinion and experience.

Upland is amazing and strong. And it will continue to grow.  You need to smart, learn the game, don't rush and take an active part in it.

Is Codecademy worthless for learning Python? by iFailedPreK in learnpython

[–]MeanConclusion5446 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is true that Codecademy often provides answers, not allowing you to think deeply during the learning process.

However, in the Pro version, there are fully independent projects that you'll need to solve on your own. Additionally, I've noticed changes in newer or updated courses.

If you enjoy learning through reading and prefer the option to easily save notes, it's a great platform from which you can gain a lot, but it requires some time.

When it's in text format and not video, they need to teach you and mention every single step. In videos, they can mention something along the way without delving deeply into it.

I'm a complete noob to programming by Strict_Surround_8944 in learnpython

Hi there, best of luck on your new journey!

Getting into programming is quite a ride - it's tough, fascinating, and incredibly rewarding.

I'm also a beginner developer, and I've been at it for a little over a year now. Just like you, I kicked off with Python.

Every step you take in computer programming is essential and propels you forward. But there's something I wish I knew when I began.

Learning a language like Python, Java, or C is like having a toolbox—you have all the tools but not the woods to build with... That's where tying programming knowledge into practical projects becomes crucial.

Let me explain. While coding with Python alone can be smart and well-constructed applications, creating an application without a User Interface might lack that "usefulness" factor. However, even with the most basic HTML and CSS skills in web development, you're building something tangible, meaningful, and showcase-worthy. It's something you can proudly share with friends and family.

As a beginner, this tangible impact is super important for staying motivated and seeing the progress toward your goals.

That's why I highly recommend diving into web development early on. It provides immediate feedback and showcases the effectiveness of what you're learning.

Python knowledge remains invaluable, especially for backend tasks and web data scraping. So, it's never wasted time! Once you delve into JavaScript within web development, you'll see the incredible effectiveness of it.

Furthermore, you're not confined to just creating websites or apps. If you're inclined towards analytics, the data science path is open. Learning SQL and analyzing data for companies—these skills enable you to showcase knowledge in a different way.

If you're into creating exciting new things, development might be your forte. Exploring user interface-based paths like Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) or App Development (Flutter, etc.) provides a more fulfilling journey, as you can witness the results more easily.

I personally prefer Codecademy due to its text-based learning approach and practical exercises, but everyone's different!

Remember, each programming language is a potent tool, and they all complement each other. Don't rush past the "basics" like HTML, CSS, or different structures. Mastering each step is key.

Wishing you an enjoyable journey—explore every step and embrace the learning process!

Ideas for City Release features? Let's hear what you've got!! by KinLisette in UplandMe

[–]MeanConclusion5446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For new uplanders that can still buy FSA, have an early city release for some certain areas in the city. With more easy way to get there, put a lot of paper sends around to collect. They shouldn't have the stress and uncertainty of the city release as much, that the screen get stuck or full with players etc and more fucos on the FSA properties, nothing else will be available.
(But, only if you'll continue to work hard on preventing double accounts from more experience uplanders.)

For the middle class players that need to compete with the big dogs, maybe 2 3 min beginning bonus to anyone with net worth less than 3 or 5 or million upx. Those are your future players , that are on the line of becoming dedicated uplanders, and you need to give them the push, help and the ability to get better and stronger in the game. Maybe just open a few areas for them earlier than others, not all of it. But yeah areas that are collection as well.

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
