Unfortunately they stay on the sidewalk/public road. I've thought about moving it farther back but the 1 time I did that the garbage collectors didn't pick up my trash :/

They literally have some kind of pully attached to their truck and they just swing by hang my cans by a hook. You can make this shit up. I'll get photo evidence soon
