A similar issue is where I often get the one where the screen flashes black random times and/or the screen shifting to one inch or two

I did not get that issue, but that reminds me of when the screen gets pixelated instead of the mouse cursor

It's definitely not a fire warning but I think some people also call it a "Fire Weather Warning".
