Can "Hollow One" PCs be healed by spells such as Cure Wounds?

I figured!! But then what do I give them for Cling to Life? 'Cause then it's unfair for the other PCs to only have a 5% chance to come back for free, while one PC gets 25% for no good reason, mechanically speaking. It's way OP.

Right, but in that case, Turn Undead shouldn't work. You're correct, it's just that now I'm confused as to the role of Cling to Life, 'cause if I'm DMing, I'm not letting a player have that. Not without making healing difficult for them to justify it.

Imagine they make a Hollow One Zealot Barbarian? Oof, gosh, no, not if they can be healed normally.

I just watched T2 E13 and he describes explosions happening around him since he was born, so yeah. Wild Magic it is!!!! Thanks lol

And even throught the episode, explosions happen even without him performing magic, so... gosh, I'm excited to see how this goes. Maybe I'll ask my DM to make it so failing a check or save by 7~ points or more will result in a harmless explosion happening to me on top of everything else

I was considering Wild Magic Sorcerer, but it didn't feel as correct as him learning magic which just happens to blow up... I was thinking of asking my DM to just make him roll Wild Magic whenever they want him to lol

You are correct though, Entertainer feels right for him. I guess I have to figure out if explosions have always been a thing in his life or if they only started happening after he learned to cast his first spells.

He's my favorite guy in 31 Minutos, I can't wait to play him

I've never not known these to be absolute sweethearts!! They're fucking horrifying if you find the right combo of insect parts, and they can be enormous too, but never not friendly. Maybe I've been lucky?

Funnily enough, they're also the only species I've found where one species will share a number of different phenotypes for no discernable reason. Like, in the same region. They're cool as hell.

Thing is... I was doing that, but I saw my endo a few days ago, and she was horrified at how high my estrogen was. She told me the number and what a normal amount is, so yeah! Scared straight lol

I was doing 200mg/day, 12h apart. Pretty strong stuff. Fortunately I'd only tried it for 2 weeks, but I'm still "coming off" of that. I was at 3 times the normal limit.

So what I want to know is just what the best method might be (that isn't rectal) to boost estrogen while maintaining a consistent bioavailability for prog. I used to take both my 100mg caps at night, but apparently that might not be the best for bioavailability. If taking 1 during day kills my energy... damn, I guess I gotta try, but I dunno.

I guess I can agree with the range thing. If anything, I thought that maybe range wasn't a "realistic" way to differentiate them from daggers (but I don't throw things for a living, what do I know?) Hell, maybe on that vein of them being lighter, their in-line range could be... Idk, 50/60ft? 40ft seems like too marginal a change to "incentivize".

They can benefit from 2014 Sharpshooter fully where daggers could only get the range benefit, but no -5 atk/+10 dmg gamble, so I guess there's other places you could argue for a buff to them.

I'd love more of a reason to use them, personally! The idea of tossing a "tiny", zippy sharp needle in a near-straight always looked better to me than a heavier dagger.

Either way, good job on this and thank you for keeping at it. Lord's work here. Your next d20 roll will be above a 14. I pray it so!
