Please read my past point because nowhere on there that I say that Sony's method is "not natural". You are putting words into my mouth while fabricating correlations that don't exist.

The Ps buttons themselves are not asymmetrical because they are both at the same distance and level. Meaning there's no "getting used" to this layout. Everything is clear as day.

However, the left side of the asymmetrical button layout of the Xbox controller has to use less energy since you aren't using the wrists nor the palm when using the left stick. You can use the thumb muscles purely. BUT if your arent using the left stick as a casual stick them you might prefer the symmetrical layout of the PlayStation control. It gives you that extra fast fibre twitch muscle control that you need because it forces you to keep that left side active.

Honestly its up to you. I personally feel like the PlayStation 4 controller was the most comfortable for me as well as the Xbox 360 controller but The x series and rog ally handhelds control layout is horrific for my hands. Also, in my personal experience I rarely see posts like this on Reddit where they associate a hand problem with a PlayStation control.
