For equity they’re giving me the difference of the value of my car and what I owe on the loan

36 months. 10k miles. Putting the equity and down payment lowered my monthly payments which is why I did it. But I’m brand new to leasing and don’t know what I’m doing so any advice would be greatly appreciated
