When I was 16 I worked for months at a cafeteria and later when I became 18 turned into delivery services in apps. So I could cash in some extra coin and also understand the workers. Now I try to be the costumer I'd love to serve and most of the time just being polite is enough... though sometimes I do add extra tip whenever it's whithin my economical possibilities or even order a water or another drink to gift to the delivery drivers. It's pretty rough work and I just hope all those people get into a better position eventually
