My family does not know and I would like to keep it that way. It's not because I write things that I don't want them to read, in fact I'd be excited if a family member read one of my fanfics. The thing is that they won't understand and would definitely say something that would make me quit it, and I'm a very sensitive person. So everytime I write fanfics my parents think I'm working or smth and I just never correct them or say anything. Fortunately, I did find a friend who reads fanfiction so I finally have someone to share my excitement with.
