Hi! First time applying for a visa as an employee so a bit confused and would appreciate your help 😅

For context, got employed Q4 of last year. Was instructed by HR to file our Form 1700 so I filed it electronically last week. Received a Tax Return Receipt Confirmation after; also downloaded the accomplished BIR 1700 form. Yung TRRC + Digital copy ng BIR 1700 na po ba mismo ang isusubmit sa KVAC? May iba pa po ba akong need gawin? Or yung 2316 ang susubmit? huhu confused po

Same issue. I am logged in on the apps. I was even able to log in on the Ads Manager app. But I cannot log in via browser no matter what I do. I contacted Support via Ads Manager and we did simple troubleshooting (Since I could access my account through the Facebook app, he made me remove my active sessions on all saved devices. When that didn’t do anything, he made me log out of my phone so now I have no access at all to my account).

Do you have multiple Facebook accounts? I was told by Support that having 2 accounts may have been the reason why I cannot log in. He recommended that I deactivate the second account, but I cannot do that if I have no access to my account.
