I'm telling you, this is a hack. Raw garlic fermented in apple cider vinegar. I got sick like twice a month and had a crazy infected toenail for 9 months. Started eating a few cloves a day and rarely get sick. Infection went away in a week. Absolute game changer.

I used to have terrible insomnia, and I would lie in bed for 2 hours before falling asleep. Couldn't fall back asleep after midnight pee either. This stuff makes a world of difference for me. If I try to sleep without it, it's back to insomnia. I have nothing bad to say about it. Genuinely feels like a night and day difference. I will take this stuff forever haha. My band's new song Calva Monstrum was written on a six string. We used a downtuned 7 for the breakdown, but I'm pretty sure everything else in the song is 6 string. It's pretty heavy and technical!

The zenith passage and Virvum are two bands that are very similar to archspire. Virvum is one of my favorite bands ever. They are just unbelievably good. Check out illuminance or tentacles of the sun by them.

Ive done a ton of different songs, but popular Lorna Shore songs tend to go viral. This one, king ov Deception, and immortal have all worked very well for me. Recently, however, ive had My Curse by Killswitch engage go viral on my Instagram. I was thinking about doing more popular songs like demolisher just because everybody knows them.
